12년전 저는 우리나라에
탁구라켓을 제대로 만드는 기술이 없다는 것에 많은 실망을 했던 적이 있습니다
대기업에서 추진하는 첨단제품과 기술들은 탑을 달리고 있는데 중소기업 기술들이 부족한 것에 많은 것을 생각하는 계기가 되었던것 같습니다 
지금은 우리나라도 소부장 산업이 많은 
발전을 하였지만 스포츠 분야의 탁구용품사들은 자체 기술력보다 해외에서 OEM으로 받아서 판매하지 않으면 타산이 없는게 현실이었습니다  

고집통은 탁구라켓 개발을 위해 12년동안 불철주야 새로운 라켓을 창조해 내며 탁구라켓에는
어떤 조합으로 구성하면 더 만족할 수 있는 탁구라켓이 좋게 나올 수 있을까 연구하고 또 연구했습니다
특별한 목판소재와새로운 성능을 만들어 내기 위해 정말 앞만보고  달려 왔습니다 

초창기 기술력이 부족하여 수많은 시행 착오를 격으며 업체들의 견제와 시기에도 고집통만의 기술로 버티어 온것 같습니다 
특별한 탁구라켓 만을 만들기를 고집하며 까다로운 국내 탁구 유저 분들로부터 성능을 인정 받으며 여기까지 왔다는게 뿌듯 하면서도 자랑스럽기도 합니다
중도에 힘들어 포기라도 했다면 이렇게 
만족할 만한 라켓을 만들어 보지를 못하고 전장의 이슬처럼 사라 졌을지도 모릅니다

12 years ago, I remember feeling deeply disappointed
that there was no real technology in Korea for making high-quality table tennis rackets.
While large corporations were leading the way with advanced products and cutting-edge technologies,
it became a moment of reflection for me to see how much small and medium-sized companies were still lacking in this area.

Today, Korea’s materials and parts industries have made great progress,
but in the sports field—especially table tennis equipment—
the reality was that most brands had no choice but to rely on overseas OEM production
rather than their own technology in order to remain profitable.

For the past 12 years, Goziptong has been devoted to developing table tennis rackets,
working day and night to create something new.
We kept asking ourselves:
“Which combinations of materials will give players a racket they can truly be satisfied with?”
To create unique blade materials and new performance,
we simply kept our heads down and moved forward.

In the early days, due to a lack of technical know-how,
we went through countless trials and errors,
and we also faced resistance and jealousy from other manufacturers.
But we endured with Goziptong’s own technology.

By stubbornly insisting on making only special rackets,
we gradually earned recognition for our performance from demanding Korean table tennis users.
Looking back, it makes me both proud and grateful that we have come this far.

If we had given up halfway through because it was too hard,
we might never have created a racket that we could be truly satisfied with,
and Goziptong might have simply disappeared without a trace.

The KOREA National Racket is made with a 7-ply special carbon construction using koto outer plies.
It uses the very same blade structure as our custom-made rackets,
and delivers identical performance.

The handle design is carved from hinoki (Korean cypress),
with traditional Korean knot patterns sculpted in three-dimensional relief.
Even when your hand sweats, it does not slip,
and the grip remains comfortable and stable.
